Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner. The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions.

Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.
