I really enjoy using the Smile.io app! It is easy to use - very user friendly. Recently, I needed some custom reporting, and their customer service team (Cole) was able to get me exactly what I needed! Very helpful.

Customer Service is amazing! They answer very quickly and have always helped me learn how to use the app for my business. I am a new user of Smile and have alredy had my own customers enjoy the app. Jade was very helpful in helping me resolve an issue I was having in using the app. Thank you guys for a great product.

The app is pretty intuitive and easy to set up, but I began to write down some questions along the way more so about how the rewards program works in conjunction with your own discounts.
