Apps need to work how you need them too. When they dont you need to know why. The support from this team was excellent in discovering why something wanst working and letting me know so I can change the right settings. Having a REAL person to interact with was more helpful than any AI.

We decided to launch our first loyalty programme alongside our Black Friday campaigns this year and after a bit of research, we landed on Smile as the best option. It’s only been around a week since we launched but so far we have been delighted by the results! The app is really simple to set up and you can be up and running in just a few minutes with a basic set up. Customers started to engage with the programme straight away and we are already seeing customers starting to redeem their reward and we have just received our first referral! The support team at Smile have been incredibly helpful, first in arranging a demo call to walk me through the app and it’s features, which was super helpful when making a decision.
