It's incredible how much functionality is packed in, allowing me to start building a loyalty program without any upfront costs. But what truly sets Smile.io apart is their exceptional customer service. I recently ran into a tricky issue, and Angie from the support team was an absolute star. She was quick, incredibly helpful, and patiently walked me through the steps to resolve everything. It's rare to find such dedicated support, especially when you're on a free plan. I didn't realize we could now integrate the app into our In store POS, which was my (and my customer's biggest frustration) about the app and why I have not yet upgraded to a paid version. I appreciate Jade sending clear instructions on how to integrate this. Time will tell with how well it works in store!

Just getting started with the app in my shop, so far so good. Appreciate a starter level for smaller, small businesses. Leaving a 5-star rating for Shelby a live chat representative. They assistance me with some questions I had before even signing up for the service, and followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going. It took me a while to reply and then they followed up AGAIN, to make sure things were good. Really appreciated them taking the time to follow up and making sure I was in a good place with the app.

Not recommended at all. This app is just such a "pay-to-win" app type.. They have a really basic personalised points program, which does not allow you to make any little modification. In my case, I reached out the max capacity of the starter plan and started considering upgrading to the 199€ / month, but wanted to see how a couple of new things would work inside of the app first. I found out you can't even access your app with all your customers points and information if you don't pay the upgraded plan in advance. I talked with customer support but, in their words: "they cannot do anything bc I maxed it out my plan" I am very disappointed with this greedy policy they work with, and now I am looking for another options.
