Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program is great overall. What stood out the most was the support from customer care. They were responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.

So far, so good! We are switching from one Rewards Program to Smile, and Jade was wonderful with helping me overcome obstacles about starting, and Andreandana was helpful with answering a question we had about set up.

Very helpful, thank you! Would be great to have the option of 1 point = 1 dollar, but the app won't let you accrue points less than 1. For example, you can't set it to give 0.5 points for every dollar spent.

Initial Experience with Support – Disappointing So Far I just installed the app and reached out for help through the chat box. It’s been over an hour and still no response from the support team. I received an automated message saying someone would reply to my email within 30 minutes, but I’m still waiting with no update. I haven’t had a chance to fully test the app yet, so I will hold off on a final review — but I may consider changing my rating if I receive professional and timely support. However, if this is how the support team handles the very first interaction, it raises serious concerns about the level of support I can expect after activating the app on my store. First impressions matter — and unfortunately, this one has not been great.

I really enjoy using Smile app. It's easy to set up and when an issue arises it gets resolved promptly. Highly, highly recommended.
