We're just getting to the point where we are digging more heavily into the app, but we like what we see so far.

After investigating nearly a dozen different loyalty programs, I settled on a couple to test out, based on stellar reviews. Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner. The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions.

Helpful & prompt customer service. The app is working well for us at the moment (we are on the free plan), but there is a small issue with guest nudge referrals not working. Apparently this is to do with the new Shopify checkout and Smile are working on a fix to this.

The team was quick to respond to questions and concerns. They made sure all of my questions were answered, and when they weren't (because I like to think of questions when I am working on other things) they took the time to explain.

We had nothing but issues with 3 other Loyalty Programs, and are so happy to say that Smile is the only app that ticks every box we need (and what we believe is the absolute fundamental features of a loyalty app to engage customers during purchasing and checkout). Great app with lots of features. The support team is great, we made a mistake leaving the rewards program on during migration and had to remove all the points from the old customer orders. In just a few minutes they sent a csv file to zero everyone out. Excellent support!

Shelby (Live Chat Representative) promptly and efficiently guided our team to quickly resolve an issue that one of our customers had with a referral by showing us where to go in the app. Great job!

App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!! Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app.
