First: Shelby in Customer Care is very professional and responsive. Secondly, Smile.io continues to evolve their platform. Third, they also look for opportunities to leverage the brands on the platform.

I am very satisfied to every features I experienced with Smile. The team also has a great customer relationship management that very helpful to find the best solution for every case we found.

The few times I have had to speak/write with the staff at Smile have been nothing but exceptional. They really are there to help and made sure all my concerns and/or issues were resolved. It is very nice to still see some companies out there will great customer service. Best, Mike Brown

New to the app but so far it's been great! Easy to set up and use with many options. Support has been amazing

I had a brief play with the free to install version but you'd need to upgrade to the $49 a month to get any value. I upgraded but within 2 days noticed huge delays throughout the app. New customers were not getting points immediately and it would sometimes take 5+ minutes before they were being awarded. Customers who signed up to get money off their first purchase were then getting frustrated and leaving the site when they didn't get their points resulting in loss of sales You have to pay $199 a month to get access to a landing page. I realised this is essential as working through the popup is frustrating for users. I had no support from Smile as I was trying to work through my problems so within a day of paying $49 I asked for my money back and they said no. I've since found Rivo which is cheaper and so much better. Their starter plan includes the landing page which smile wanted $199 a month for.

Jade Davis was such a huge help. She helped answer all my questions and got me going in the right direction.

Very responsive and helpful! I have recently re-vamped my plan and they were very helpful in navigating best practices for best results :)

I recently installed Smile: Loyalty & Rewards onto my shopify store. The entire process was simple and streamlined. Hannah followed up several times to ensure that my implementation went well. So far, excellent.

It does not appear to be working for me as yet. I was concerned that it was not working on my shopify, but it is. Thank you Andrea for your help tonight.

Been using Smile for awhile. everything works like what I wanted. Satisfied. and would like specifically give a 5 star rating to Hannah who reply me in a fast manner and got my problem solved immediately.

Smile does everything we want and integrates with the other apps we use for a holistic approach to managing and encouraging members to join and use the program. The support is fantastic.

Still need some help on the customer side with enrollment / customer finding thier share link to share with other clients. This really needs to be more visible and promoted somehow..more bolder / bigger. I am sure in time this will work out better

Great app with very deep features. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend!

The definition of you get what you pay for. Slightly more than some of the competitors but the product and service is absolutely amazing, with all the best integrations.
