i cant save the campaign, i make a campaign, press review and nothing goes forward. only option is a back arrow that send me back to the beginning? I cant go back to the app to use support. Im stuck.

The email app lets me keep in touch with every customer that has subscribed to my store whether they have bought something or not. It is a very helpful app that drives more traffic to your website.

I REALLY DON'T NOT HAVE THE LITERACY OF USING THE ECOMMERCE SHOPIFY STORE APP, BUT THE MORE I SELF LEARN AND LEARN FROM THE SHOPIFY INFORMATION APPS THE MORE I AM OVERLY EXCITED TO LEARN MORE. Beautiful, Easy to use.. 10 STARS! After Struggling and Cursing my way through an entire year with Klaviyo I was to the point I was NOT ever going to send another email again. I teach people how to make things pretty & I sell things to make things pretty.. So have an interface that had terrible templates that were so ugly ( Klaviyo) that took HOURS to customize and code. It is a breath of fresh air to use Shopify's emails. It is SIMPLE.. if you are looking for all the bells and whistles this might not be for you. But after a year of having every metric under the Sun, not being able to use them.. and then finding 1/2 the sales that were being captured in the 'email metrix' were actual not really coming from email.. this is for me. If you are someone looking for an EASY, streamline email option, this is it. If you are a Solo human like I am .. doing it all.. this probably is perfect for you. If you HATE Klaviyo because you found it HARD to use & ugly .. this is ALSO for you!!!

I'm not computer savvy but browsing through the app and placing everything the I wanted was pretty good for me.

Super easy to use with the enough analytics to monitor performance. 10,000 emails per month is super nice as well.

So far this app has been easy to navigate and use. Setting up an automated email series is a breeze using and customising the templates on hand too.

Could you please update a feature that allows automated email workflows also to be sent on specific days instead of a defined time period (e.g. not wait for "X / hours" after signup or sending a mail but "until / next sunday" for example). That would be really great

Only used one other time after several years of being on shopify. It is very easy to navigate and understand. Shopify is so awesome.

Lots of Templates, but there always could be more! Would leave a 5 star, however there is always room for improvement, right? Ahh what the heck, I'll leave a 5 star anyways! Thanks!

I love the Shopify emails, especially the preloaded templates. They are quick and easy to design and review. It identifies when a link to your products or collections is missing. You can use your videos from YouTube or Vimeo. I would like to be able to upload our videos that are not from youtube or vimeo. Other than that I feel everything is perfect.

Loving Shopify so far. Seamless integrations, easy workflows to work with. Just perfect to make a start on business.

Very easy to use. It allows you to be efficient with your time to get great newsletters out to customers so you can generate increased sales!

By easily pulling in discounts, products, etc. I don't have to overthink reaching out to customers to get them to engage, etc. And it's working! I also appreciate all the insights and analysis.
