The nice thing about Shopify email is that it already gives examples, and ideas of how to market. Thanks alot

It takes the emails all day to send. Some will say send and then when i look at the engagement it’ll say 0 emails were sent. Messing up my promotions. It’s a great app but needs to be worked on

The biggest fail in Shopify's history? Well, Shopify you've been asking us merchants for months - "Are you ready for for BFCM?" Well, yes, I was - got all my extra stock in, extra employees for packing the orders next week - lovely. Then - Shopify Email decides not to work on Black Friday!!!!! Utterly shambolic. Yes, I was ready, but YOU weren't. This is inexcusable. Back to MailChimp for me now. You've literally cost me £1,000's in revenue. It is amateurish from you. Shame on you, Shopify.

Great app! And it is free! The only thing is, maybe it can allow a bit more customisation. Also, there are some bugs, like compare-at price sometimes does not show up in email templates.

Dreadful bounce rate and hopeless support. I have been using Mailchimp, integrated with Shopify for many years. Being fully integrated, our mailing list is automatically synced between the two. As Mailchimp has become so expensive for small businesses, I decided to try sending campaign emails from Shopify - campaigns very similar in content and length as previously sent from Mailchimp. My Mailchimp bounce rate on the last email sent on 1 Nov was 0.15% which I'm sure you will agree proves the list is pretty good. The very first campaign I sent from Shopify led to 5.7% bounces! I explain this to Shopify support and they just send AI generated suggestions that make no sense to my problem, passing me from support person to person in the hope I will go away. One phone call would sort this out but that's not possible nowadays. They leave me no choice but to stick with Mailchimp - and if this is an example of what to expect from today's support after 9 years of being with Shopify then I must consider moving my store to a better competitor. Oh and disregard Shopify's assertion here that I have been using the App for a year - they may have auto-installed it a year ago, but I only started using it in Nov 2024.

Very difficult to use and VERY limited in what you can customize. I'm very disappointed in this application and the limits it's placing on our store.

First time using Shopify Email and it has been fairly easy to navigate and generate emails and sales. Would recommend

Great templates and easy to add your images, and love that you test, and tweek before you schedule when to send!

Love it, simple and easy to use. I use it weekly and when something important comes down the pipeline.

Application simple d'utilisation par contre les exemples de Template ne sont pas forcément toutes traduites s'est dommage.

I'm not really good at setting up emails to send out to customers but I do wish they were a little easier and there were more templates or ways to create different types of campaigns.

So nice that this is built right into Shopify! I was afraid I would have to find some expensive 3rd party solution for sending out simple reminders to customers. Love it!

Moved over from Klayviyo - this app is quick easy to use and when combined with Flow can pretty much do everything I need in an email marketing solution.

My Gmail promo campaign is now going to spam or the “PROMOTIONS” tab in other Gmail accounts. It was working fine until 2024, but it seems Google has changed something related to domains and DMARC. Despite having a domain with Shopify, I couldn’t get the app to run properly like I used to years ago. In short, my campaign is not effective because customers are not receiving the Black Friday promo.

It was a little tricky at first, especially the segments, but once you get it it's pretty easy. I love it!

Wonderful product, I had a doubt whether I would buy from here or try some well known online shop like Amazon or flipkart, I was unable to find it there and thought of a try as COD was available here, I am really happy with the product and using it for last 1 months.

I've been using this after switch from Klaviyo and like it so much better. All my "stuff" in one place. Create your colors/templates and go from there. Email program is robust and fairly intuitive. Make sure to have your DMARC aligned with Shopify to prevent issues. I still think Shopify could add more features such as showing what individual recipients opened, clicked on, etc. That is a feature I would like to see. Might be there and I'm missing it. Overall, happy right now.
