I love using it, very simple. But I do wish I could sort through my emails by draft or not. I have some drafts that have gotten lost in the mix of emails that have been sent and emails that are scheduled. I would love to be able to sort by status.

The app is really intuitive and easy to use. The templates are simple and elegant and with the backing of Shopify's secure servers and low spam / bounce rates it all makes for a very pleasant experience!

I’ve spent hours trying to set up Shopify Email, following every official instruction step by step, only to be told after a long support chat that my store is “ineligible” — with no concrete reason why. Yes, I’m on an active, paid Shopify plan. Yes, I have the Online Store sales channel installed. Yes, I have a payment provider set up. Yet still, the only response I got was vague: “Eligibility involves multiple data points.” No specific guidance. No timeline. Just “use another app” — after days of waiting and troubleshooting. This is beyond frustrating. If you want merchants to trust Shopify’s ecosystem, transparency and respect for our time are non-negotiable. If there are silent rules or hidden thresholds, say it clearly up front. Don’t bury us in vague corporate speak after we’ve already committed to your platform. Until things change, I absolutely do not recommend relying on Shopify Email.

Easy to use and navigate, I love seeing my analytics so that I can tailor my emails better. Free is a huge bonus!

It's great, but my biggest issue is that I don't have the option to display my emails based on their title, and not the subject line. I have several workflows that use the same or similar subjects so it's impossible to tell them apart without opening them. Would be great to have the option (or even make Title default over Subject). That is how MailChimp does it. Thanks so much!

It is a great app, easy to use. I've used paid apps before that don't make it as easy as Shopify Email does.

This has been the easiest part of my Shopify setup so far–super intuitive, great pre-set options. Only thing I would improve is setting your brand colour defaults for all emails automatically.

easy to use and effective, the way you can schedule emails is a great feature too. I used to use another company to send emails but it was never this straight forward. Even porting all my customers email addresses over was stress free

I love Shopify Email. I switched to this app after I couldn't afford using a paid third-party email service. It was a very easy switch, and I like all of the new automations I can experiment with!

A GAME CHANGING APP that actually works and it's FREE!!! Wow, a Shopify app that actually works and it's free as well. I've been using this Shopify Email for the past 13 months and I have to say I love it. It works so well with 40% plus open rates and it's quite easy to use. I wanted to use this app for a year before I could compare (and review) it to two other very popular and expensive email marketing apps that I had used for over 5 years combined. I love that it has similar features like the other expensive apps. Some of the similar features are automated discount links, very useful templates and AI generated options. My only suggestion that I would like this app to improve is to have a 'Save' or a template option for email footer.

Easy app to use. Numerous prebuilt templates to choose from to simplify the workload. Makes our jobs so much easier. We love this feature.
