So far, so good. No problems at all. I don't even use another email platform for my customers. This allows us to stay in communication. It allows us to segment. It allows us to text Message as well. It's the perfect communication tools to stay in touch. Sent out quick messages and promote products. That's exactly what we need. Thank you, Shopify!

The User interface and experience is simple and intuitive. Its easy to navigate. I am pleasingly surprised by it. I recommend it! Pop-up sign up forms are good looking and the integrations are smooth. Five stars!

The tools are easy to use, and if I'm confused that amazing AI helper works wonders, from creating banners, working with seo and suggesting catchy titles. Really upgrading my communications.

This is a pretty good app, but hyperlinking to content should be made easier so one doens't have to use control-K to have the hyperlink bar above the text you are linking.

I wish you had a way to filter better - like "do not send to customers who already received this email". Sometimes the segments overlap. Mad Mimi had this filter, and it made it much easier to work through your different segments and send emails faster.

This app is easy to use, easy to navigate, perfectly capable of customizing the emails with an array of plug ins so that customers can practically shop directly from the email by being able to plug in products and collections to catch their eyes. I also like being able to plug in discounts directly into the emails; it has a lot of very helpful tools. This app is a lifesaver when sales are slow, sending out an email with any sales, coupons, or just new products can really make a difference in sales volume; having a tool like this to use to reach my customers is crucial in my opinion.

great app, makes sending easy, segments are great, just wish you could see bounce reasons and deal with those better.
