Siva was great help with setting up our app, Logbase has a variety of apps that are helpful with shipping rates, their app makes setting up shipping rates very easy, just download and schedule a setup call with them!

I can't say enough good things about this plugin! It's incredibly amazing and super user-friendly, making my tasks so much easier to manage. First of all, the app is very useful, and filled with great features & options! Not to mention that it is reasonably priced.   The customer service is outstanding! Janani helped me with my issue over several days and made sure that all my requirements were met. We even had a Zoom call and she held my hand every step of the way, to make sure my shipping problem was solved.  Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic app for displaying shipping rates. We work with multiple vendors via a dropshipping model so if customers purchase products from multiple vendors, we needed a way to combine the various shipping rates. This app does it perfectly! And support has been very responsive and helpful. 10/10.

Superbe application ! Permet de définir des scénarios très complexes et de pallier à certaines fonctionnalités manquantes chez Shopify. Nous avons par exemple pu régler le problème de livraison pour les îles françaises (Corses et îles insulaires) qu'il n'est pas possible de dissocier dans les paramètres natifs de Shopify. Cette application est donc parfaite pour pouvoir définir des règles complexes de livraison.

Shipeasy - is an excellent app for stores that require products to be shipped to different zones - The shipping in Australia is very difficult if you have different vendors with products that are different weights shipping to the one customer (so you need to combine product shipping rates) or even just shipping products to different zones. We needed a solution that calculated the shipping for items from different vendors to be calculated at the Shopping cart /check out level, and it needed to be fast, to avoid cart drop out! I the needed ground work by creating a graph of Zones and tagged products accordingly with an identifying tag so Shipeasy could create a shipping calculator - They took the time needed and were excellent... We have been very happy and it has worked perfectly for a year! I would recommend ShipEasy to anyone who needs a Shopify Multi-product multi-zone shipping calculator .. Thank you Shipeasy! I highly recommend Shipeasy to anyone as this is hands down the most versatile shipping app I have come across! The scenario setup determines the various rule sets available that can be tweaked to meet one's criteria. The History Detail provides a great snapshot of the transaction and matching scenarios. What is even more exceptional is the brilliant tech support behind the app. Vinduja is very patient throughout the Zoom session when explaining the intricacies of the rule sets. Her exceptional knowledge and competency are second to none!

Just had a support request concerning some special requirements i had. I needed adittional shipping costs for products that were in presale. Due to the extra shipment of these products we needed some special scenarios. Had a call with Siva, he was super helpful and solved everything according to our requirements.
