How does this app get 5 stars? Nothing works on setup. I already have CCS integration through shopify and still no available options for my customers with ShipX. Call option time frames are insane 1:30 am to 5:30 am or starting at 9 pm??? Only other option is to send a message - no live chat? Id think for 35 dollars a month US that at least you could manage live chat.

This app is still in test mode and feels unfinished. It’s not ready for real users, and I honestly don’t see how it’s a viable option at this stage. It ended up being a waste of my time.

Uselsss customer service, couldnt follow the issue or help at all AND to top it off they had another customer join the same call for the first 10mins to ask them to come back later.
