This app has really robust and flexible functionality. They also have good product support, including being available to meet on Zoom to screenshare, so they can help set up more complicated shipping scenarios as needed. We have some byzantine requirements in our store, and I would be a bit lost trying to do everything self-serve, so this is SUPER helpful. I met today with the customer support rep Deepan; he was very patient and knowledgeable, and spent as much time as we needed to help fix my new setup request, making sure that all the scenarios I wanted were entered correctly and taking the time to double-check everything. Much appreciated!

He was very understanding considering I know very little about computers and he obviously knows his job well. Then I got stuck again and Deepan quickly sorted out my problem.
