He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!

Vignesh was so helpful. He was kind and polite, and made sure all my scenarios were as they should be, and there were a lot. First contact with customer service, and was very pleased. Felt like I choose the right app for my needs.

Nitish completed the first setup over a call for me, which was really helpful since we have a couple different scenarios. I already worked with the app before, once it is setup correctly it works really good.

WOW! This Shopify App is AMAZING! Nithish spent 2 hours helping us setup the shipping rates. If you have a complex shipping need then I throughly recommend this app! We are based in the UK and our couriers divide the country up into 8 zones and we have products that range from a Certificate to several tonne machine so the shipping rates have to be correct.
