Since Shopify doesn't support combining cart total and weight conditions to display a single shipping rate, I started looking for an app that could. After trying a few, I found ShipX. Initially, I was a bit lost on how to set it up, but Jenifer from the support team was incredibly professional and patient, guiding me through the entire process. The app is powerful, and the support is just as impressive. I really appreciate being able to speak or chat with someone when I need help. I plan to install this app across all our stores.

ShipX is very user friendly and highly recommended to use ShipX in the Shopify application. I will try the other Shopify they offer based on this fantastic experience! Update on July 3, 2025: I was facing a problem with setting up the shipping zones which cost me a lot of money. I contacted ShipX and their customer service support agent 'Jennifer' helped me to setup the application correctly which saved me a lot of shipping cost. I highly recommend this application!

I haven't used any other shipping apps, however this is far more robust than the native shipping options for Shopify. If you are setting up multiple shipping options for lots of products, this is a great app. And the live chat support has been a life-saver when I'm not sure how something works!
