Durkesh was an incredible help setting up the app and making sure it was working before our call ended. He didn't rush me and went to great lengths to explain exactly how the app would work so that i would understand. Looking forward to getting my first customer using it.

Very fast support system if you are on a paid plan. I had some trouble with integration but Rajkumar came to my help. He was very understanding considering I know very little about computers and he obviously knows his job well. I feel confident now dealing with them.

He explained everything clearly and helped configure the app exactly according to our requirements. So far, seems to be working now. Integration with Shopify was problematic at first. Spent a lot of extra hours getting it right. But the support was very responsive and got it handled. All seems to be working very well now.

So far so good, I have been using the app to set up our shipping rates and it is working as desired. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had some questions but I was able to get support from Vignesh and he helped me out right away.

So far it seems like a good app, many settings and possibilities for live carriers, although DHL E-commerce is not available, but we managed to add those rates manually.

Vignesh has been awesome. Very responsive and customer-oriented demeanor. Customer support definitely a five-star service.

Great shipping app, does exactly what we want it to and is pretty easy to understand. We had a small problem, I sent an email which was replied to immediately by Jenifer and we had the issue sorted within a few minutes. There was no problem with the app, the problem was me not reading the instructions.
