We have been using the app for a month now and it is fantastic. It saves so much time and is super easy to use. The customer service is very responsive and helpful at any time too. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a solution to their Aus Post label printing needs.

I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.

PluginHive offered experienced instructors, who gave easy to follow directions. Some instructions were difficult to hear, and asking for these to be repeated was frustrating to both parties. The Black box showing the instructors' name, continued to impede progress around the screen- is there a way to minimise this out of sight? regards Trish
