Highly recommend for anyone with non-standard or tiered shipping needs. Shopify's default shipping settings weren’t flexible enough for our requirements, but ShipX let me build out detailed, tailored rules based on product groups, size, volume and destination. Support has also been responsive and helpful when we had questions during setup either via online chat or scheduled Zoom calls.

Very good support - I was pretty lost at times setting this App up and Vinduja was very patient and helpful. She helped me set up a very complex shipping situation. Have not put the app into use yet - but so far impressed.

I was struggling to set up my shipping rates in Canada when I came across ShipX. I contacted them and scheduled a meeting very quickly. Their team is amazing. I worked with their excellent customer service support member, Durkesh Kumar, who helped me set up my shipping options based on distance and weight perfectly. ShipX is very user friendly and highly recommended to use ShipX in the Shopify application. I will try the other Shopify they offer based on this fantastic experience!

Great customer service! (This message was from before I signed up) They still have great customer service, but I'm disappointed in the fact that I spent 2 days figuring out their app and setting up my scenarios to find out I need to be on the higher priced plan. They should have a simple message that pops up when you use a feature that is a more advanced feature. So keep this in mind when looking at this app, you will probably not be on the lower plans!

I am still trying this app but I already decide to give it a five star. The main reason is that Jennifer Joys offered me a wonderful support experience. While assessing the tool, I met some difficulties to make it work properly. I contacted customer support and Jennifer received me. After some chats, we jumped on a zoom call. She guided me through all the setup, showed me quite some tricks and answered every single piece of my questions. This great experience lightens my day. And I really appreciate all the help I received from her.

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?
