Have just installed the app. So far everything seems to work, and customer support is excellent, fast, efficient. Arianne was super helpful and even provided extra tips.

The support was amazing! The responses were super fast, even though I was taking some time to respond. Pete helped me out, gave me some nice tips, and was very patient with me. I'm new to the app, but so far setup has been pretty seamless.

Only just got started with Rivo but had an amazing first experience with their customer support. Seems Rivo was certainly the right choice to make as a loyalty program app.

The supporting team is excellent, very quick response and helpful. Especially shouting out for Jel. All the features are easy to use. And the app is with great value. I really like the idea of tiered loyalty programme. The only thing is I really want the feature that the customer could have discount on every order they make once they reach certain tier rather than one-time off discount. I'll be so happy to update my plan as long as this feature becomes available.

This isn’t my first loyalty app I have used, but so far it does exactly what I need for a small business. I can’t yet afford the costly apps with all the bells and whistles, but this one hits the mark. It’s straightforward and reliable, and I’m more than happy with it. Plus, their support team is prompt, friendly, and super helpful (thanks Paul)

Pete was very nice and answered my questions quickly. As for the app itself, it's pretty easy to understand with the tutorials and video help included. My only complaint is that the free version feels skimpy. You don't even get to give birthday rewards on the free version. However it is just enough to get a rewards program started and I can still offer a decent amount of ways for customers to earn rewards. Considering the nice support this app has, I still think its a good one to grow with my shop.
