I am probably to stupid to start this app, but I was totally annoyed by the ongoing efforts of the company to upsell me to one of their pay programs. Too many pop-ups for my liking. Too many interruptions while trying to setting it up for a first trial. Again, likely I am partly to be blamed, but I consider myself somewhat experienced with such apps.

I've just started using the Rivo: Loyalty and Referrals app, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! The app is super easy to set up, even for someone like me who's not a tech wizard. It offers many great features for creating a loyalty and referral program, which I'm still testing out. A special shoutout to Arianne, who provided exceptional support. She was quick to respond, super friendly, and made the setup process a breeze. Customer service like this makes all the difference! My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.

Excellent. Pete provides a great service to me and he even help to unlock some feature in the paid-plan for me to test out. Great great service. So far, I am still testing but I think RIVO is a good app to try, easy interface and nice customer service. Most importantly, the price is reasonable.

I recommend this app, just for the customer service (no, not only just for that reason) You know the customer service is good when there is a gif option in the chat... BRYAN - give that man a raise..... then raise it again..... he helped me with the technology, made me laugh and made my day all in one chat. I honestly cannot begin to describe how lucky you are to have people like this working for you. Bryan, thank you for the laughs. I might just get stuck on something else just to pop back on.... Miss you already bestie - but it's not all about you Bryan... the app is easy to use and really great for customer retention! 10/10 - 5 stars - 100% recommend.
