RIVO has been excellent to work with. From clear onboarding instructions to 5 star to assist you along the way building a comprehensive rewards program. Would highly recommend!

I am probably to stupid to start this app, but I was totally annoyed by the ongoing efforts of the company to upsell me to one of their pay programs. Too many pop-ups for my liking. Too many interruptions while trying to setting it up for a first trial. Again, likely I am partly to be blamed, but I consider myself somewhat experienced with such apps.

Tried some of the most reviewed options for the category, Rivo is the most capable. And not only that customer service team is lovely!

I've just started using the Rivo: Loyalty and Referrals app, and it's been a fantastic experience so far! The app is super easy to set up, even for someone like me who's not a tech wizard. It offers many great features for creating a loyalty and referral program, which I'm still testing out. A special shoutout to Arianne, who provided exceptional support. She was quick to respond, super friendly, and made the setup process a breeze. Customer service like this makes all the difference! Looking forward to fully exploring the app's potential, but so far, it's been a great addition to my Shopify store. Highly recommend!

Amazing features and service from the Rivo team. I've tried so many loyalty apps but this is probably the best one in terms of features, pricing, customisations, everything. The support team, Pete, Paul, Arianne, have been superb.

My experience with Jel's customer service has been very pleasant. The communication is super fast and friendly. It's not just a simple chatbot, as is often the case. They also address special cases and actively seek solutions. I'm currently in a testing phase and hope that the product is just as good as the support.

Paul was very Patient in helping me solve my issue it was like having my very own personal tech assistance even though the problem was not related to his software but a newbie error on my part he stayed with me till we figured it out

The app is very well thought out and everything makes sense and is very well structured. It is a good support for us in building up our customer base. Big thanks also to Paul from the support team who helped us very quickly and in a friendly manner.

Excellent. Pete provides a great service to me and he even help to unlock some feature in the paid-plan for me to test out. Great great service. So far, I am still testing but I think RIVO is a good app to try, easy interface and nice customer service. Most importantly, the price is reasonable.

I recommend this app, just for the customer service (no, not only just for that reason) You know the customer service is good when there is a gif option in the chat... BRYAN - give that man a raise..... then raise it again..... he helped me with the technology, made me laugh and made my day all in one chat. I honestly cannot begin to describe how lucky you are to have people like this working for you. Bryan, thank you for the laughs. I might just get stuck on something else just to pop back on....
