She quickly answered my questions, took ownership on getting my system setup quickly and correctly. Without this engagement, I would have likely uninstalled their application. Just installed so it's too soon to really know how effective the app is but the support has been amazing with helping me set up the customer points.

very great app, I use to choose simile as my loyalty app, but the price too expensive for me, with Rivo, the price is much much better, and the greatest part is customer support, that really impressive me

The app is great but the customer service is UNBELIEVABLE. They will walk you through any issues you have, step by step and stay with you until its fixed.

I just started using this app. So far so good. Pete has really helped me along the way. A few little hiccups with setting things up, and tricky to grasp everything, but the support has been great so far. I do wish they had a few more training courses available to help newbies or an option for a flat rate to get a bit more support and direction. However, the software and features are pretty great for the price. I think this will be a true asset to my store.
