I cannot recommend Rivo enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for a rewards program. I highly recommend Rivo.

Pete was very attentive and managed to answer my questions very clearly. I'm in the test phase but the application promises a lot and is very simple to configure. I'll be back in a few weeks to give you more complete feedback.

Jel and Bryan from customer support was extremely helpful, provided me with lots of information about rivo and most importantly did not try to push by upselling any additional features. Bryan assisted me with some re-branding off the app to help fit into my themes. Life saver great experience on day 1. :)

Easy to setup, and lots of features to make it your own. The free plan is good to try without committing, give it a go! Customer support (Jel) was very helpful when I had any problems and are quick to respond!.

Support from Paul was very helpful. Almost instant response, think he had to do a bit of digging for the solution as it wasn't obvious at first but he was able to find it out in the space of 40mins! (amongst helping others I imagine) Many thanks, Alec

I reached out to Paul for a couple of questions. He was very quick to assist me. I was a little bummed to find out there isn't a way for customers to enter text on question based "ways to earn" tasks within the app like a couple of other apps offer and the only work around is to create a form with a separate URL or something. Hopefully an in app question/form option comes in the future since it really is a great app. Either way, Paul was great and gave me the little bit of code I needed for the landing page in like 5 seconds.

I love this app! I have tested pretty much all the loyalty apps available for Shopify, and this is by far the best. Even better is the awesome customer service. Jel was very helpful today and upgraded my account for free! Now that's service!

Great support and fast response times. Lot of good documentation, some of it does seem to be outdated for the old way that they did landing pages but overall easy to get setup.

I have only just begun using the Rivo app for my website, so I cannot really speak to the app itself. The customer service, however, absolutely TOP NOTCH! Arianne answered my questions and helped to make sure I am set up and ready to rock with Rivo on my Shopify store. I will absolutely reach out if I need anymore help in the future as it has been a wonderful experience so far.

Rivo used to be a good app. Our integrated rewards page recently stopped working on mobile. The initial customer support was good, but now they won't return my emails and our customers are furious. Out of options, we're going to have to export to another loyalty service.

Amazing setup experience and looking forward to using their app. Customer support very supportive and friendly. Definately would reccomend using Rivo ... :)

It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!

For sure I dealt with Paul, he was great and responded right away and was very pleasant and great to work with . I hope everyone at least will try them out . They offer a free plan . So I recommend giving them a try
