Can we take a minute to appreciate Jel and the customer service team? THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. I've never seen such dedicated, quick, polite and extra customer service in my entire life. I went in to just ask a question and they legit gave me free stuff on my plan. Where would you get that? I can't actually express my gratitude. I won't even talk about the app much. It is beyond useful if you want to stand out and build a community and their UI makes it so much easy to set up everything. Totally recommended from me.

The app is amazing. You can get overwhelmed with all the different features, but the support team is ready to help you very quickly so you don't have to wait at all!

Great app! The support is excellent! Tried different loyalty apps before, but this is definitely by far the most flexible one and most likely suitable for many different kinds of loyalty programs.

The customer service is super nice (Arianne) was who I had she was amazing with helping me figure out all my questions and gave me step by step so I knew how even if she did it for me. They are quick to respond and very informative on there site. Look forward to working with them again!

After weighing up lots of programs we tried Rivo and were not disappointed. The flexible pricing structure is great and for the price included all the features we were looking for regardless of plan.
