It is a clear application that makes it easier to find everything. In the process, it also came with a widget that was removed with Pete's help, thanks for that Pete. I love the fact that you can send at 6am (CET) in the morning and still have a reply within 5 minutes.

I have been super impressed with Rivo. I have tried all of the regulars out there after being in business for 17 years. Rivo has had the easiest integration, easiest team to work with and no hidden fees or bogus ways to upcharge you. It's straightforward, stable and it just works- which has actually been super hard to find. The UI for the store owner is easy and their support is super responsive

I understand that Jel, one of the customer service agents, may have been having a bad day, but that day turned into a significant issue for me. This all started when I accidentally deleted Rivo's landing page while cleaning out my Pages, which broke the connection between the Rivo platform and my shop. I reached out to customer service for documentation on how to fix it and included two screenshots to illustrate the issue. I also mentioned in passing that I wanted to remove a broken footer on the landing page I had left. Unfortunately, Jel misunderstood or overlooked the 404 error screenshots and instead focused solely on the footer. She asked for access to my store and "fixed" the footer the way she thought it should be. The problem? In doing so, she unintentionally broke all the footers across my entire site. I revoked her access and followed up to inform her of the issue—not looking for a resolution, as I could fix it myself, but simply to let her know about the mistake. I also mentioned that her access had been revoked. She quickly responded, claiming the problem had been fixed and asking me to check. This response was frustrating because it was both inaccurate and misleading. The issue was still unresolved, and even if she had attempted a fix within seconds, it couldn’t have saved without access to my store. I clarified multiple times that I had already revoked access and was not comfortable granting it again due to the risk of further mistakes. As someone only a few hours into using Rivo, I really hope things improve from here. However, this combination of platform issues and a frustrating customer service experience has raised some red flags.

The App was a welcome surprise, and to date looks like it will be a permanent and well used feature within our store. Abbie assisted me with a couple of things, which was super smooth, and even offered a couple of other tips for things we hadn't picked up. Overall App looks like it is certainly fit for function, and so far the experience and customer service experience has been exemplary.

Super happy with the App. Sometimes a little tricky but the customer service is on point! Abbie & Jel helped me very quick and were super friendly. More than glad that I decided to get this App especially for the excellent customer service ♥ Oh and another vote that the tier rewards should be more like "lifetime" I have for example at 500 points the silver tier with "free shipping" and I would be happy if it would be a lifetime thing for my customers. Not a "one time reward" Jel helped me and gave me the idea to put multiple rewards into this tier, but lifetime would be awesome! :)

Dan provided exceptional customer service. Polite, timely and helpful. I got my issue resolved quite quickly. Furthermore, my issue was a technical issue which is notorious for taking time. In my case, Dan escalated to the relevant team and that team resolved it quickly. The app itself is good and does everything we need it to. I recommend it.

The support is fabulous. Even with the free tier, they would treat you with all the help they can provide. I interacted with Abbie and she was very considerate and helped me a lot.
