very useful app, better than most of the apps i ve explored and the customer support is extremely helpful with answering my queries and even actioning for me

I had some questions regarding the setup but it was quickly addressed and my setup needs were taken care of very promptly. Amazing customer service! I'm excited to see the impact that ReConvert has on my average order value.

Riya is excellent, helped me through the process of setup and even changes thing around for me. I'm grateful for customer service when it's smooth, easy, and stress free. Which is exactly what Rita did!

You should clearly say that in order to use this app for a checkout-upsell, you have to be using the Shopify PLUS plan for 2.300$ per month.. You wasted my time.

Don't know if app works actually. I installed it but didn't even activate any functionality (app not working actually, not fully installed, neither with the access to the information it needed) and even though, charges where made. Customer success does not exist, and when we escalated to the app team, the answer was some kind of "terms and conditions were clear, you didn't use it, there is nothing I can do, and we will not refund anything, even if you didn't fully install the app". After all, we build most of the functionality the app promised from our side with the check out extensibility (I dont know if better of worst than the app, I didn't even used it!)

We've used ReConvert on our Shopify store for years. We had a lot of success with time sensitive upsells. Everything was easy to set up and always ran smoothly. I was trying to add a new upsell today and couldn't figure out how to make it do what I wanted it to do. I thought it was a function of me being too stupid to live, so I missed with it for hours before contacting support. I'm so glad I did! I typed one sentence and Riya immediately told me what the problem was. The whole process took less than two minutes. If only all customer service was like that.

Je viens tout juste d'installer l'app, donc je n'ai pas encore d'avis sur son efficacité, en revanche je peux déjà dire que l'installation est très facile, et le service client au top ! Je viens de terminer un chat avec Saumya, qui m'a expliqué très clairement comment changer la langue des widgets (qui sont par défaut en anglais), et qui m'a donné une réponse rapide, courtoise et très professionnelle. Merci beaucoup :)
