AWESOME. Easy to use and support answers in literally seconds everytime. Alex have helped me recently and also helped me some months ago when we also was in need of support with the flows. Really recommend for everyone that are looking for simple, and good post purchase apps. Shoutout to Alex!

I love the support this app provides. I needed help with a few things and Alex stepped right in on a Sunday night to help me. I didn't expect anyone to respond to me so late, but Alex did and I was so grateful.

We stopped using this app after learning that (despite being told the contrary when we signed up) they charge for both online and POS orders. They then rely on the merchant to communicate which orders are POS orders and request a refund to correct the billing charge. We feel that it is unethical to knowing overcharge a customer and then require that they take action each and every month to have their bill corrected. This information should be transparent to customers before they decide to work with this app.

Shafta was very helpful in explaining why I should segment my wholesale customers from my retail customers to ensure that upsells are shown to retail customers only.

Just starting, but have to say, really appreciated the instant support at midnight! Looks like a very useful app.

I had hired a marketing team that would only work with this app. I'm no longer working with them and am figuring how to edit and update my flow in here on my own. Riya in customer support was super helpful and responsive, making sure I got all my questions answered. I'm still playing with the structure of these upsells, as it's a very different setup than OCU, which is what I was using before. I like how this looks and it seems like they'd convert really well, so I'm giving it another go!

I asked for help and within a minute Riya was there and quickly solved my problem. Many thanks to her.

They emailed customers today and said their free plan is going away and they're automatically charging people in a few days. "We're discontinuing the free plan and automatically transitioning all free users to a paid plan..." That's slimy. It's one thing to have a paying customer and do a price increase, fine. It's another to take a free customer and start charging them when they never agreed to a fee when signing up. Paying for products and services, of course; suddenly changing a business model and modifying an account without the customer's consent seems fraudulent. The decent thing: allow free users to grandfather their current setup and if they so choose, they can upgrade their membership. Going in and suddenly taking money from them -- customers, start filing chargebacks and fraud claims. CANCEL!

After a bit of a bumpy start trying to install the app, Reconvert's customer service helped clear any and all problems. Jordan went above and beyond helping me set up the app and was extremely professional. I am grateful he worked it all out for me. The app has a bit of learning curve but their team is there to help. Thank you!

Tried the app during the trial period. Uninstalled it the same day because it didn't work for my needs. This was on May 8th 2025. Today I received a bill for $29.99 for the app that I never used. Not cool!

⭐ 1/5 — Misleading "Free Trial" I installed ReConvert because it offered a 14-day free trial — sounds fair, right? Well, I was billed on day 3 of the trial without any warning. So much for “free.” If you're going to promote a free trial, be transparent. Charging customers before the trial ends is deceptive and damages trust. I expected better from an app in this category. Thanks for the “free trial.” Never again.

This app is incredibly powerful, but in order to harness all of its power, you need to put in some time to customize it according to the needs of your store. It can be very intimidating. Fortunately for me, I was able to chat with Saumya from their tech support. She was one of the friendliest people I've ever talked to in a tech support role. Like, EVER. I can be a fairly eccentric person and somewhat difficult to manage in a conversation, but she handled it like a true professional, patiently guiding me with directions and steering me to the places I needed to go to in order to customize the app well. I'm not finished with all I need to do, but I have a great sense of excitement, and I can already tell that this humble addition to my store is going to be a great one.
