Well, I started out assuming this App would be very intuitive and I watched several YouTubes and was trying to figure it out and about gave up when I saw a chat window pop and and Shafta asked me if I needed help. I was truly amazed that Shafta was a real person and not a stupid AI bot (those are rarely helpful). She was amazing- understood what we were looking for and even created little videos. She, and ReConvert App, has restored my faith in humanity w/ help in tech related products. Looking forward to using this App more. THANK YOU!

awesome app!! easy to use and such cool features, I think its definitely going to help me out a lot. Ash answered my questions really fast and helped me out when I had an issue. Recommended!

New version of the app is simpler to use but currently lacks some of the more advanced filtering logic needed. Personally I have reverted to the old version of the app until the new one can do what I need. Support is always good, especially Saumya who is always on hand to help!

I really appreciate Shafta's quick response to my concerns with utilizing the app. She was very helpful.

Pricing is super confusing. When it says you'll be charged based on usage fees, I would think that means for the actual app itself making me money. In the 6 months I had the app I only got 3 upsell orders but but they were charging me every month sometimes as high as $14.99 in usage fees and I'm not sure for what. So any extra money I made on the upsells went back to them and beyond. How are you charging people for sales you didn't make? And the flows are not easy to setup at all. Going to go back to honeybear upsells.

Charged me for over a year when the app was never used. They won't refund for it, for some reason, despite no usage at all.

I encountered some challenges while setting up the flow, but the support service was excellent and provided immediate assistance.

Completely un-user friendly. The quick set up has been removed so it required a confusing manual set up only. The help videos they offered still referred to the quick set up and so completely unhelpful.

Can't say about the app yet, but I would have given up if Riya hadn't set it up for me. She made her boss money today! God willing, the app will return the favor for me.

Saumya is a real g. answered within 30 seconds, insane. thought it was a bot at first and then she gave me a very detailed and perfect answer. Give Saumya a raise ASAP. top notch
