I encountered some challenges while setting up the flow, but the support service was excellent and provided immediate assistance.

Completely un-user friendly. The quick set up has been removed so it required a confusing manual set up only. The help videos they offered still referred to the quick set up and so completely unhelpful.

Just installed this app and received wonderful support from the support guy Ash who guided me through the whole process. Needless to say this app is highly recommended for its host of features.

Can't say about the app yet, but I would have given up if Riya hadn't set it up for me. She made her boss money today! God willing, the app will return the favor for me.

Saumya is a real g. answered within 30 seconds, insane. thought it was a bot at first and then she gave me a very detailed and perfect answer. Give Saumya a raise ASAP. top notch

Support always seem to be able to help when i have questions or issues! Riya got my problem fixed and even improved my offers. I did however like the previous look of the offers before the update, but none the less, this is the best PPU app out there.

J'ai eu un soucis de parametrage et j'ai été extremement bien guidée, l'équipe est réactive et mon problème est a présent solutionné. L'équipe prend le temps necessaire pour vous accompagner et c'est tres agréable.

Saumya was very helpful, she explained the app and payment process well, it was enough to convince me to give it a go (even though i was after a free app)

Customer service is excellent. Walked me through how to use the new version flow builder editor. Really great app for upselling and cross selling so far. Ashley and Riya really helped me out with Reconvert
