Alex with customer service was amazing. I spoke to him via the online chat. He had to get an answer from his manager and he followed up with me right away once he received the answer. The app so far is easy to set up and walks you through, step by step.

Riya was awesome and prompt with her response, not everyone you find on live chat is generally as responsive her. Definitely a gem you must treasure in your organisation

This is an amazing app! This is my first time using ReConvert (normally use ZIpify OCU), but I've made the switch and shout outs to Ash for being super friendly and incredibly helpful with setting everything up.

Ash was great ..He had me set up in no time .. Great customer service maybe the best in the app store . I had this app in my old store and it was amazing!!

One thing I will say is that Reconvert has great help available to answer questions and get things not working right fixed!
