I've just signed up and am jumping in with help from the chat feature. Ashley was very patient with all of my questions and kind enough to stay on the chat with me for a long time while I figured things out. So far I'm very happy with ReConvert.

Riya is the absolute best, I reached out because I was unsure if the app was even set up! She helped me set it up and went way beyond. Even helped me come up with the best recommendations for an ad campaign I'm running to get the best results!! She is great, would recommend!!!

I’ve only used Recovert for a day, but I’m already impressed! The app is easy to use, and the recovery tools are really helpful. What stood out the most was the amazing support from Alex and Ashley—they were quick to respond and provided clear, friendly assistance. UPDATE: IT'S BEEN FEW MONTHS UNINSTALLING THEY ARE STILL CHARGING YOU EVERY MONTH MINIMUM OF 4.04£ totally CRAZY. DO NOT USE THIS APP complete scammers. they take money from your store even though their app doesn't work "Riya" especially ignored me for weeks even though I told her the app is not working on my store. they said they would fix it and 1 week later I texted again they forgot, but they did not forget to charge me for 5-7 dollars because I had sales. "Shafta" is talking as if it was my fault and she only replies when they charge you some kind of money. Complete rip off. (The upsell app does not even show for my clients btw) total disappointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Reconvert has an excellent support, customer support is very quick to the queries. The app is also easier to setup for post purchases

Once I downloaded the app, I was a little overwhelmed and had a question about the setup and I had Alex respond instantly in the chat. He offered to get everything set up for me! Great app. It has alot of functions you can customize each option. They also have really good customer service. Riya gave me great service and answered my questions. She even offered to get on a call with me and walk me through the steps to fix my funnels. Alex was amazing too and answered all my concerns
