Service client rapide et efficace. J'avais un petit bug d'affichage de prix barré en doublon sur mes pages d'upsell. Le problème à été résolu en 3 minutes. Pour le reste c'est trop tôt pour me prononcer. Néanmoins je recommande.

I have used ReConvert for years. It's good. It works. HOWEVER. Reconvert has made a big move to push its customers to upgrade to the new ReConvert. Do NOT upgrade. The basic features of the app simply do not work in their current state. There are a ton of bugs. Upgrading has caused me many headaches in attempting to fix problems and find workarounds for things that worked before without any issues. Basic features simply don't work. They rolled out this update way too early and should walk it back. When you install Reconvert there will be a large popup and banner claiming: "A new ReConvert is available! Upgrade to the new ReConvert now to enjoy improved performance, design and all the exciting new features we have to offer." Save yourself the time and headache and stick with the original version. I have sent my bugs to the dev team. Hopefully, they fix them soon. I'll update this review when they do and the "new and improved" ReConvert actually works.

Awesome service by Saumya! Been helped really well, super fast response when I had some issues and questions. The app itself is great as well, many Shopify apps look great, but turn out quite bad in design. This app that what it promises and gives you freedom to change it to your liking. Best app use for my shop.

This app looks like a good. But Anastasia of this support don't know well about features of this app. I have requested to her about a feature of this app but she said me that the feature doesn't exist continue. Bad support!

I didn't know what I was doing and had to use the Chat and they did it for me so Thanks a Bunch that earned a 5 star from me.
