Signed up and right away with onboarding Anastasia was very helpful and patient with me. I wanted to figure things out quickly and we did! There's a lot of potential with the app and we'll be using very little but it still matters and gives the flexibility and analytics we want.

Got support from Saumya who was very helpful and ensured me that everything worked as should. Still on my trial period of this app. Not sure what I think about the fact that it seems to be a bit buggy with flows not showing up on my preview page and warning text that apparently wasn't an issue...Would otherwise have been a 5 star with the fast and helpful support.

Would have put zero if if was possible. The app is a complete joke. 1. Most clients were not shown with the offers. 2. Multi currency is according to the customer support not supported by the app BUT few clients in multi were showned the offers. 2. Post purchase is not compatible if you have discount on your store. Customer service is really trying their best to solve problems but the app just sucks. The dev team definetly needs to work harder.

英語で少し理解しにくいところもありますが、導入してから少しずつアップセルの効果が出てきていると感じています。サポートは即時日本語に翻訳されるため、ずいぶん楽になりました。機能的にかなり多くの機能を使うことができますが、シンプルに使っても良いと思います。自由度は高いので、もっと日本語対応が進んでくれると嬉しいですが、今の所十分使えています。
