Alex with customer service was amazing. I spoke to him via the online chat. He had to get an answer from his manager and he followed up with me right away once he received the answer. The app so far is easy to set up and walks you through, step by step.

Riya was awesome and prompt with her response, not everyone you find on live chat is generally as responsive her. Definitely a gem you must treasure in your organisation
