I can only comment of the level of customer service as I begin my journey with Pushowl/Brevo. The online support was fantastic and immediate. They understood the predicament our store was in and put i play an amazing solution, based of the emails we're actually sending out! Couldn't be happier:). A great start to a hopefully long relationship

This app is really worth every penny. The pricing is lower then the competitors and the functionality is even more. Support helpt me perfectly with my ''issue''. Ask for Harish to help you. He understands the needs and take the neccesary actions.

This app and team are absolutely insane (in the best possible way). When you really get used to their platform, you'll realize that they have capabilities to rival with Klaviyo on the email marketing front, including robust automation & event tracking on your site (and the event tracking, in my opinion, is even better than Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics). In addition to that, they also have Web Push. And to top it all off, it's at a jaw dropping price point. I should mention, setting things up wasn't as easy as I imagine a Klaviyo would be, but the support from Sowbagya and team was phenomenal. We've been going on almost a month where their team has either set up automations for me, or, when important site data or features were missing, had their developers fix the issues or create new features within days (and not custom for my site - pushing out these fixes and features across the product). I haven't seen such speedy implementation of my feature requests on any other app. Overall, I think I'll be sticking with Brevo and PushOwl. More people need to discover this platform for their email marketing.

Brevo first cought my eye for their functionality, good reviews, and fair pricing, but as a Shopify store owner it was not clear what plan to sign up for. We needed to make outbound calls and the PushOwl/Brevo app did not support calls. Sowbagya from support was really great in helping me solving this issue before I gave up. I now have a Brevo account (I chose the "business" plan) including a US phone number so I can make Voip calls worldwide, and it is even syncing the data of my Shopify store via the API connection. Awesome!

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!! we have been using the APP for over a month now and even when it seams to be ok the support SIMPLY DOES NOT EXIST, write a message and wait 6-7 hours from somebody in india to respond, it is absolutely crap! if you need to do something there is absolutely nobody to help you, so better go with app with real support that can guide and help your business

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sowbagya, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer support experiences of my life! She was on the chat for over half an hour, going above and beyond to help me with multiple things that weren’t even part of her job.
