CS is super slow. The sign up is a mess with Brevo vs Pushowl. I first signed up on Brevo using my personal email. When I input my shop URL, it made me install the Shopify app. Which I did. But this seemed to have created a separate account under PushOwl because the email for Shopify was different. And now, without knowing the different accounts existed, after I kept working directly on Brevo, paid the first subscription, did all my CNAME verification, imported data from Mailchimp and after sending my first email, the CS told me I need to cancel the Brevo account, and use the PushOwl account. That is when I noticed this account thing is really messed up with this service. So confusing. And CS does not respond. I have to wait a day to get a simple reply.

Absolutely do not recommend this app at all. All I wanted to do was set up abandoned cart email. 24 hours later & still no resolution. Rubbish & waste of time.

The setup was painful for our headless store, some of the triggers aren't properly documented or just half assed. Support took a couple days to respond with what we needed but was friendly otherwise. After that there has been an other support request because our Shopify users won't sync properly and the Brevo support hasn't responded for a week. We pay money for something we can't use properly.

TERRIBLE customer service. They might get back to you in 24 hours they might not. They banned our account for not following their terms and conditions, but it was due to an issue with a spam email/bot reporting us, and not a legitimate concern. We've been fighting with them for over 2 months to get our service back online. Each time they give you the default response of "we have filed this to our team and will get back to you when we have more information". Then weeks go by with nothing from them. Reach back out, and they say, "we don't have any details regarding your issue". It's a joke and the whole time they send you emails and messages trying to upsell you, but they can't even figure out there own issues. They're just interested in taking your money. We've been using this service which used to be Sendinblue, then Brevo, and now Pushowl for 4 years and they have just gone to crap!

We've been a loyal customer for over four years, and it's disappointing to see how inflexible the pricing structure has become. We only need browse abandonment, yet we're forced into a costly bundle filled with features we don’t use and an excessive number of impressions we don’t need. There was a time when this feature was activated for us without issue, but now, the only option is an expensive plan that makes no sense for our business. Customer loyalty doesn't seem to mean much here, and instead of offering a reasonable middle-ground solution, we’re just being pushed toward higher-tier plans. If you're a small business with specific needs, be aware that you're likely to overpay for features you don’t use. Looking at alternatives now.

I’ve encountered an issue with your service where the provided documentation often isn’t enough to resolve the problems I'm facing, especially with formulas not working properly. It’s common for website owners to be using multiple apps and may not have the time to thoroughly read through every document or guide you provide. In situations like this, more hands-on, human support would be extremely helpful.

This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. They charge me randomly. And when I upgraded to an existing plan, they charged me twice. Other plugins don't do this. They usually only charge me for extra money. And there is no free trial for this plugin. This is definitely the worst plugin I have ever used. After I was charged twice, they blocked my account. This is definitely a scam.

Be very cautious with this app. The stats they show are very misleading! by default revenue attribution the app shows is anybody who got the impression in the last 7 days and with their recent changes in the app you even can't change it with the free account. to see their real effect on your revenue make sure to see your analytics on Shopify analytics or GA.

signed up on brevo website, got stuck at phone number verification because they didn't send any verification code to my phone (a lot of their users have the same problem from the community post on their forum). contacted them through the "contact us" form on their site. A few days past, no response. Made an account on their community forum to make a post asking how to solve the problem. Behold, my community account got suspended immediately after making my first post and the post got pending status. They said it needs to wait for a community manager to look into the post and approve it. I said to myself, sure, makes sense, it's probably to prevent bot spams. Another few days past, my pending post got deleted. Wow, I guess they don't want me to use their app then. 1 star

back to 1 star. the push owl team sounds very promising but after first use suspended my account for a high bounce rate. Understandable and fair, after this happened I cleaned my email list in high hopes of working with their team. When trying to use the app with a cleaned list the campaign was running very slowly, we have discussed many times and I asked multiple times, how long does it take to send an email does it send in batches or all at once at scheduled time. They told me all at once at the scheduled time. When sending my first campaign after paying and in high hopes of using the platform successfully it never sent at the scheduled time and when asking help desk was told it would take up to 24 hours to send.

False advertising! Website says you get 300 emails a DAY yet the app will only give you 500 a MONTH. When challenged, customer services said it was an "old offer" (despite the website being screengrabbed on the day) - I call it false advertising, especially when you can get thousands of free emails from other providers.
