Pour pouvoir mettre en place des mailings automatiques pour les anniversaires, il faut demander au support la synchronisation des metafields de Shopify dans Brevo. Ensuite le champ "anniversaire" n'était pas sélectionnable dans le trigger de l'automatisation, et le technicien support a dû à nouveau le faire pour nous. Le technicien support qui accompagnait le sujet était très sympathique et réactif. Il mérite 5 étoiles ! Mais la synchronisation avec Shopify devrait être automatique...

C'est très pénible, car Brevo n'a pas du tout traité correctement l'ergonomie de l'interface avec Shopify. Le technicien qui accompagne le sujet est très sympathique et réactif, mais s'il faut perdre autant de temps pour des choses qui devraient être simples, je me demande si nous allons rester avec Brevo...

Nothing in this stupid platform works correctly. Even a simple abandoned cart flow. Reporting is poor, you constantly go redirect from one app to another for no reason. Customer service is the WORST! They are responsive until they get your money, after that you are alone with all the BS their platform has.

My experience chatting with Raul was great, Raul is extremely knowledgeable and quick in his actions. My issues were solved quickly and efficiently.

En effet, cela peut engendrer du SAV suite à des automations qui ne se distribue plus.

Had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Raul from the support team! I found out that our setup between Shopify, PushOwl, and lastly Brevo was not setup correctly. As such, seeing that we have quite a sensitive Brevo setup, I was nervous about making big changes and potentially making a mess for our thousand of Email receivers. Luckily, I was put in contact with Raul, who responded as if we were in a direct message chat, and clearly explained how he would connect PushOwl to Brevo. Everything was seemless, and he was very patient with me, despite my multiple mentions of how the new connection could not mess up the existing Brevo setup. And with a couple of mails back and forth, I was up and running, now with a perfect synchronisation between Shopify, PushOwl, and Brevo. Thank you to Raul!
