Outstanding Support from Harish! Harish went above and beyond during our support session. Not only did he help me resolve my issues and answer all of my questions, but he also introduced me to features I didn’t even know were available! He was kind, friendly, courteous, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his support—it made a big difference. 5 stars without a doubt! Highly recommend!

We just switched from Klaviyo to Brevo/PushOwl—mainly for price, but also because we were running into some deliverability issues and weren’t getting the support we needed. We haven’t even sent a single email through Brevo yet, but based on the onboarding experience alone, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Aritra was our onboarding specialist, and hands down, it was the best customer support experience I’ve had in my entire career. He didn’t just help us get set up—he gave me a full crash course on email deliverability and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success. Oh, by the way, the call was at 2am his time. That level of commitment is rare, and it honestly blew me away. Aritra is an absolute rockstar, and if this is the kind of support Brevo offers, I’m excited for what’s ahead.

I had the wonderful pleasure of getting help from Harish, who guided me through the service and some pretty complex issues regarding importing lists and making sure everything worked before a big launch. He has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went way and beyond to help us, and has been a very important factor in the succesful transition to PushOwl/Brevo from another provider. Absolutely do not recommend this app at all. All I wanted to do was set up abandoned cart email. 24 hours later & still no resolution. Rubbish & waste of time.

The setup was painful for our headless store, some of the triggers aren't properly documented or just half assed. Support took a couple days to respond with what we needed but was friendly otherwise. After that there has been an other support request because our Shopify users won't sync properly and the Brevo support hasn't responded for a week. We pay money for something we can't use properly.

Still testing the app, looking great so far. The 5 stars is based on the support team quick and helpful responses

TERRIBLE customer service. They might get back to you in 24 hours they might not. They banned our account for not following their terms and conditions, but it was due to an issue with a spam email/bot reporting us, and not a legitimate concern. We've been fighting with them for over 2 months to get our service back online. Each time they give you the default response of "we have filed this to our team and will get back to you when we have more information". Then weeks go by with nothing from them. Reach back out, and they say, "we don't have any details regarding your issue". It's a joke and the whole time they send you emails and messages trying to upsell you, but they can't even figure out there own issues. They're just interested in taking your money. We've been using this service which used to be Sendinblue, then Brevo, and now Pushowl for 4 years and they have just gone to crap!

Support is great, Harish is a legend and helped me out immensely with onboarding and even setting up flows etc. Highly recommend

Very good app with great features. It works quickly and easily with just a few clicks. The support is especially excellent: Any questions are answered within minutes. They even provide screenshots! The staff (in my case, Yash) is extremely fast and incredibly helpful!

Nayan gives amazing support. I am using it for email only, and the email part is rather new and can be glitchy. But if you stick with it, it's the only email app that charges by sends and not list size. I left klaviyo because of their price hike and the emails you can design here are very nice and you can use custom fonts. The builder is a bit slow and sometimes things don't work great the first time, but with Nayan's help I have been able to figure things out. Note the support is not in US and there is a time difference. That can be frustring at times but they make up for it.

I will recommend this app to everyone as surprised what you can achieve with getting customers and how it work. I have spoken with the customer representative name Hima, very helpful and she provided a lot of valued information for me to start using this app and get free plan for new starter, love this help from the app. Wishing you all the best and I hope you will get bigger and help a lot of customers like me.

This has completely revolutionized my business! So easy to use and basically automatic once you've got the ball rolling. Nayan is my lord and savior on the customer support team, a God amongst men. He's been at my beck & call from the start. Extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and amazingly professional! Can't recommend the package enough as a whole.

We've been a loyal customer for over four years, and it's disappointing to see how inflexible the pricing structure has become. We only need browse abandonment, yet we're forced into a costly bundle filled with features we don’t use and an excessive number of impressions we don’t need. There was a time when this feature was activated for us without issue, but now, the only option is an expensive plan that makes no sense for our business. Customer loyalty doesn't seem to mean much here, and instead of offering a reasonable middle-ground solution, we’re just being pushed toward higher-tier plans. If you're a small business with specific needs, be aware that you're likely to overpay for features you don’t use. Looking at alternatives now.

While this app can be a quite confusing to figure out how to navigate and use, with so many different settings, the customer service is great-Harish guided me right through the process, answering all my questions and showing me how to use different feature with screenshots and screen recordings, and most of the time he was very quick with his responses. Thank you Harish.

though it is a little hard to install initially, the customer service is truly amazing and really hands on to get everything integrated- so i really recommend. My agent Sowbagya was there with me every step of the way helping and guiding me through the integrations. So far so good!

This app is perfect when you want customer data and marketing features in the same service. Easy to use, and the best part is being able to market to exactly the customers I want.
