Man muss sich anfangs etwas intensiver mit der Plattform beschäftigen, da sie strenger aufgebaut ist als viele andere Tools – aber genau das macht sie so stark in Sachen DSGVO und Zustellbarkeit. Am Anfang kann es etwas überfordernd wirken, doch mit der Zeit merkt man, dass diese Struktur wirklich hilft, saubere und sichere Kampagnen zu führen. Deutlich besser als andere Anbieter, bei denen man unbewusst Risiken eingeht und dadurch von Google oder anderen Diensten abgestraft wird. Tipp: Haltet eure Kundenstämme sauber, dann gibt es auch keine Probleme.

Do not switch to BREVO SMS, if you come from Yotpo like I did, it's a big scam, they give you a lot of credits, and you believe you are paying top price for SMS while in reality you don't, i made a terrible mistake of moving and paying a yearly upfront price. Plus they are making it super difficult to see what you spend and what was the ROAS associated with it. Never again
