Really good how it allows people to sign up per size, little bit expensive to get access to peoples emails though. Pearl from customer support was very useful though and responsive!

Grace was such a fantastic level of support. From installing the app, through to messaging me from the get go on how to navigate and make the page work effectively. I had one product I wanted for pre -order, and Grace was able to fix the page and guide me through it. This is probably the most hands on customer support i've received through an App uploaded to Shopify.

The app is great, no bugs and speedy and effective support! The only downside is the price, because it's so full-featured. We are switching to a more bare-bones app that better suits our needs (only back-in-stock requests).

Very happy with the experience so far. New to the app but the set up was easy. Ran into one small issue and the support team was super quick to help out. This seems to be a huge improvement over the functionality we had previously.

Just picked up the app today and very pleased to already be running our first preorder and have the design all set for our store. Support has been fantastic. Miles walked me through some design changes, and help on getting the preorder setting right, when I was having trouble. And went above and beyond making sure everything fit my store theme.

They changed their pricing structure by increasing the price by at least 100% Don´t fall for their scam and choose some other app. The prices shown on this page is also not representing their 100$ basic plan and 500$ for their advanced plan.

Good app, backend reporting could have been better. They recently increased prices while offering NO ADDITIONAL BENEFIT.

Been using it for years! Immediate sales occur when I update sold out product on my website. Had an issue late evening on a weekday, used the CHAT section on the APP and was shocked when I had a resolution in 10 minutes from Stella, a live rep agent. Was a great back in stock notification app now they add all these other things that I wont use and want me to pay 200.00+ a year for an app that I wont use 75% of. They should separate the addon stuff and let us pay for what we want to use. Also they wont let you change to any of the lower advertised prices such as the free or the Kickstart plan they only allow the mid to higher tiers to subscribe to. So I guess there are other apps out there.

I'd been using the free version of this app for sometime and have been happy with it. I decided to upgrade with the black priday promo. Pearl has been helping me and after I upgraded, offered to update colors to make the app cohesive with my shop. I love it! Thank you Pearl!
