I didnt need to use the app in the end for my business but I had some subscription issues and when I reached out to them they were extremely helpful both grace & pearl fixed the issue in no time and made it all seamless. I am sure the app is good for other businesses but wasn't suited for me - but the service was awesome! :)

We've just started to use the app so it might be too early to tell but so far the experience has been really good. We got excellent customer support by Melissa, who was very patient and helpful regarding all our requests for customizing their Low Stock feature to fit our website.

The workflow works perfectly. I'm just newbie for Shopify. The support team is very supportive and helpful, especially Pearl. She give me the guidance and help me to adjust the appearance to show my boss( as I need her approval before upgrade plan )

This app is exactly what I needed to offer better communication and visuals for my customers! When I first got the app I needed a little help. I used the built in help and got connected RIGHT AWAY. It was so refreshing to speak with an actual human being and get immediate help setting up my widgets. The NICEST lady named Pearl helped me and I don't think I have ever gotten better customer service. She was so kind and helpful. She was able to provide me all the tweaks I needed and more! Very happy I came across this app to help elevate the shopping experience for my customers.

Surprisingly buggy and although support is very helpful, it can take a long time for simple problems (like pre-orders not being tagged properly) to get resolved. And this week we got given a little over a month's notice to move to a new pricing structure, which will eventually doubles the price to $500/month. That's very very expensive for this kind of app, especially when it doesn't always work as expected.

Love this app as I have been able to continue to take orders and sales for products out of stock which is something I was struggling to do before it. Customer Service is great, especially from Nareh, and they are on top of things reacting very quickly if needed.
