We encountered an issue after downloading the app, as a Women's Health store we were accidentally flagged as breaching Notify Me! policy. We sent a message to the customer support and Mason immediately responded (within minutes). He worked out what we do as a health business and was able to resolve the problem immediately. App is now working well - exactly what we need and a super responsive and helpful customer services team. 5*

Have recently started using Notify Me as I am new to shopify. one thing to note is that its integrations are super easy. It is slightly on the expensive side but i think i feel the best doesn't come cheap. If my store performs well its a small investment. There are more features that I await to be launched soon which can enhance my customer's user experience. Since using NotifyMe, I have achieved some traction on my store because I have been able to curate my products as per the demand. the customer feels more relevant with my store now. My repeat rate has increased. Hoping for great things in future.

This is the only app that did not cause issues with our store. Other apps caused functionality issue like items not being added to cart and so but not this. The support person, Pearl, was friendly, quick and considerate in helping me make some customisations as well. Although plan prices can be better but I think it is a great app! Thank you.

We pay for the Pro subscription, yet without any warning, our ability to send SMS notifications and use other crucial features was blocked. We were in the middle of preparing a restock campaign for a highly anticipated product, and now we can’t send notifications to our customers due to an error caused by the app. We reported the problem to support – instead of real, immediate help from a person, we were forced to interact with an unhelpful bot. Eventually, we were told we have to wait 24 hours for the technical team to respond. The only explanation provided was that ‘this might be a bug caused by the release of annual plans.’ During this waiting period, our company is losing money – we have an active social media campaign generating traffic, with all notifications ready to go out, but we can’t send them. You simply can’t rely on this app during critical moments for your store. Because of this incident, I’ll be forced to look for an alternative solution, as this situation is unacceptable and cannot happen again. I absolutely do not recommend this app – we lost time, money, and customer trust because of this issue.
