The app is confusing buyers. It shows Notify me even when there is products in stock, and they're filling in notify me without understanding they can buy it right away. It should only show when there is no stock left.

The Notify Me app and team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless. All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.

Grace was such a fantastic level of support. From installing the app, through to messaging me from the get go on how to navigate and make the page work effectively. The app is great, no bugs and speedy and effective support! The only downside is the price, because it's so full-featured. We are switching to a more bare-bones app that better suits our needs (only back-in-stock requests).

Very happy with the experience so far. New to the app but the set up was easy. Ran into one small issue and the support team was super quick to help out. This seems to be a huge improvement over the functionality we had previously.

Just picked up the app today and very pleased to already be running our first preorder and have the design all set for our store. Support has been fantastic. Miles walked me through some design changes, and help on getting the preorder setting right, when I was having trouble. And went above and beyond making sure everything fit my store theme.

They changed their pricing structure by increasing the price by at least 100% Don´t fall for their scam and choose some other app. The prices shown on this page is also not representing their 100$ basic plan and 500$ for their advanced plan.
