Good customer service from Miles & Nareh. Prompt follow up and communication! The App provides overall, good value and functionality. I wish the export report had some things formatted differently, but not a huge deal.

This app was very easy to set up, I am on the LITE version to try it out now and as soon as I turned it on it automatically connected me to a live assistant to make sure it is set up properly on the site. Nareh helped very quickly and did a great job communicating with me which settings to change on my end. Nareh also ensured the widget looked how i wanted on display settings, which was great. Holding off on a 5th star until I can see whether these functions will be robust enough but 5 stars for customer service.

So far so good. Does exactly what I needed it to do. I've used the Lite plan for a couple of years now. It's been great. As far as the other plans -- the price seems high, don't love that they take commission, but support is very helpful. Dela helped me with all my questions when choosing which option to upgrade to. Thanks!

I've had a great experience so far with this app, as I was trying out a few for the main use of collecting out of stock notification requests and sending out follow up messaging. Nareh has come to my rescue countless times over the first few days trying to get everything linking up correctly. The customer service has been top notch which is the ultimate reason I went with Notify! and not some of the others.

I have just installed the Notify app to use for taking preorder. I wasn't able to adjust the rollover state on the button so I jumped on the chat and was connected with the awesome Pearl who jumped in and sorted it out for me within minutes. Great customer service to help us non technical folk!

Miles has been helpful in getting the button squared off correctly and so far the app is running smoothly. im testing out whether the app is suitable for my product and whether it gets any use before thinking of going to the paid plan- i would be less hesitant if it were less money per month. when i've been using the app for a month i'll update my review.
