Just want to get a pat on the back with a thumbs up. ***Will harass you otherwise.*** Just this alone deserves negative stars. Never considered changing the hosting website until now.) Concerning if this is how the rest of Shopify operates. Waste of time (unless you enjoy chatting unproductively).

Great experience! We are using the Support chat very often and always is someone available. Also via email are great people who are happy to help!

perfekt! es funktioniert alles so, wie es soll... sicherlich wird man erstmal vor lauter informationen erschlagen, aber wenn man sich einmal eingearbeitet hat, funktioniert es einwandfrei! Adrian hat uns hier sehr gut geholfen! Vorschlag. vllt ein paar mehr Templates zur auswahl stellen.. gerne auch in anderen sprachen.

Now I understand better how to use this APP after chatted with support. I find this APP is more valuable than when it was under Costido. Now I can manage my Amazon, eBay, and Walmart in one place.

Signed up to integrate with Target+ after 2 months it still doesn't work. The team is polite but will not give insight into when they will get things working. This doesn't seem to be a priority for them. I don't even know why they offer this integration it it never worked in the first place, they are just wasting everyone's time. Shopify should not allow apps that are not tested and working on their marketplace.

It takes a long time to get your head around it but once the app is working its great, The support team especially Jeff have been fantastic. Thanks so much for your help :) x

Be careful!! This app is not written well and you can easily list everything from your shopify website. I accidently listed over 4000 items and eBay billed my £1500 in listing fees!!! Needs work and pages set up.

Dom was a super star helping me get everything right in my listings. I could not have done it without him. He was very patient and very detailed. My products published while I was on the chat with him.

According to their knowledge base and all documentation, it should not do this, because Walmart collects and pays tax.

Customer service is great! Did a good job of explaining things and then when I asked to schedule a call to talk through some issues, they scheduled one for the next day. They were also VERY helpful on the call.

Shocking support, the app does not work and has bugs that prevents products being listed on Amazon. How they can charge you for something their app simply cannot deliver.

This app makes it super simple to manage Amazon products. Customer service is also very helpful to resolve issues.

Not a seamless experience, especially when it comes to Amazon, but certainly a lot better than individually managing each channel. And the customer service has been great!
