This app is awesome. Jae was great with assisting me with publishing my items to Walmart Marketplace. He is very knowledgably and was patience with me. My issue was resolved in addition to obtaining the know-how on how to troubleshoot this issue if it occurs again due to his expertise and knowledge regarding this issue.

Had an issue with my orders syncing and they resolved it in five minutes. Very patient, they took time to go through all my concerns and double checked I'd set up everything correctly. Very straightforward and happy its working well!

I just got started using this app to list our items on eBay. I had an issue with listing on eBay and the live chat rep was able to quickly help. So far I've not run into any other issues.

I am new to Shopify Marketplace Connect. My experiences have been great! I have had the best support team helping me at anytime. I expecially want to thank, LOVELY, the person I was chatting with tonight. Not only did Lovely help me troubleshoot and resolve my issues, but Lovely also motivated me and energized me to continue pursuing my dreams of achieving success with my online hoodie business. The great thing about Lovely that I recognize is that Lovely is great with her job in supporting people. I think that it will be better if Lovely was in a higher position to teach and spread to many others. It wouldn't be good to just have Lovely continue in this one position helping individuals...when Lovely can pass along what Lovely...it must be multiplied and spread to others that I have no doubt Lovely can do. Although I would love to get support from Lovely all the time...I am not so selfish to keep Lovely to myself...Lovely must spread Lovely Ways to others...so that everyone that contacts Shopify Marketplace Connect will have the same lovely Lovely experience that I had tonight. Please include my review in Lovely's file records so that when it comes time for a performance reveiw and promotion, my review is the first thing you will see!!!

After working with many apps for years on Shopify for marketplaces, I can award this app for the MOST RELAXED ONE ever! For real, you know we have been fufilling the orders from our side on Shopify, then as we are cancelled/suspended due to NOT SHIPPING ORDERS. Thanks to these guys as they say "SLOW API OF WALMART" has not been retrieving our tracking numbers to Walmart, it is really funny when they are the ONLY APP THAT HAS THIS ISSUE! Anyways, I don't recommend this app. It is cheap though with all the marketplaces etc, I wouldn't call the app worst one, but they're not on the brighest side either. UPDATE: After 3 weeks of asking for the fix of the order syncing, they are still telling us their "developers" are working on the problem. They, again, tell us that there is still a complexity of the Walmart API. We've been told that our problem is "high priority", but as we understand from this 3 weeks is not that long a time. Also we asked their log to send Walmart/submit a ticket, because we've been told before the problem is "slow Walmart API", yet this request not answered yet.

The support from Ian was fantastic in resolving all the issues I was facing with Shopify Marketplace Connect. My interface with ebay is now 100% fixed after working in partnership to identify the cause and remedies. Thank you, I will certainly not hold back in getting support promptly in the future.
