Very impressed so far! Was able to create a Etsy review widget and have over 1,300 Etsy reviews display on my website product pages within 4 hours of installing the Judge.me app on my Shopify store.

I have been using reviews on my website since 2016, i have used the shopify ones, Klaviyo and now Judgeme. with judgeme by far way more people seem to get the email and actually do the review. i paid for klaviyo for years and hardly anyone replied. i love that i was able to port over my other reviews into judge me easily. i need to set up video ones now too and for cust to collect points for reviews

Customer Service is on point! Pretty much anytime of day too. The AI assistant is actually able to not only answer most of my questions but able to also implement changes I request, on it's own. Not just give me instructions on how to do something.

My tech knowledge being limited, I turned to Judge.Me for help. After a few seconds talking to AI I asked to talk to customer services and Mohamed came on the line really quickly. He was extremely polite, patient and helpful and in 10 minutes sorted out everything I had been trying to do for months.!

This app makes it so easy for people to review products with ease. I really don't even have to think about it much, it does all the work for you. You can easily curate reviews that are irrelevant. For example, I had a customer claim my site was a scam after her parcel took too long to be delivered. I was able to hide her review. Once she received her items and loved them, she wanted to update it. Customer service was really fast at telling me how to get this done. Love Judge.me.

Easy to use, beneficial and a great way to get passive income. I just havent figured out how to send an email with a discount code to customers who have left reviews. Overall great application / tool!
