Getting started was easy! Had immediate help from a real person, Abraao. He answered all my questions, and stuck with me while I figured it all out. Was able to check the backend to ensure my installations went well, and guided me to next steps. Thank you!

The support by Rodrigo was beyond awesome. He was very patienced and managed to implement my reuqests and features. Can only recommend the support by Judge.me. What I think is not so nice compared to other review apps is that to be able to adapt the review E-Mail sent out to customers who uses Outlook, you have to buy the paid version to change the size of the product images otherwise the E-Mail received by the customer looks horrible and you will not recieve any reviews at all from those using Outlook. Also, Judge.me doesn't offer an "All Reviews Page" in the free version that other apps offers in their free version. To me that's the two big minus I can find in the free version. As mentioned the support is really good where many other could learn a lot.

I switched from using two services; ShopperApproved for site reviews and Stamped for product reviews. The main reason was to lower expenses even with the Awesome plan it was much cheaper. The second benefit was that the customer support with installation and then tweaking it to look the way we wanted it to look was easy. Done live while on a chat window. I've now spoken to 3 different reps over a few days and all of them have been very helpful.

I haven't really tried the app yet, but Abraão in the customer support who I chatted with was amazing! He helped me with the download, walked me through everything and answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot!) patiently and thoroughly. So far I am very pleased and the customer service aspect is very important for me. Five stars!

We use Judge.me on three stores and love it! Support is there to help whenever we have issues. Judge.me is a no-brainer if you have a Shopify store. It's always the first app we install on new stores.

The app does the basics fine, but some of the supposed features have significant bugs in them, and the support team won't acknowledge them, they just say "send in a feature request for future development". If you have one plain vanilla site this app might work fine, but anything complicated like multiple stores you want to sync reviews across you'd be better of going somewhere else...
