Had an excellent experience with Lorenzo from Judge.me support. He quickly integrated my review widget inside a collapsible row exactly how I wanted it, and everything looks seamless now. Fast, professional, and genuinely helpful — couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it.

The way the reviews are displayed is really clear and add's so much more transparency to the online shop. It's great for customers to be able to see what others have said about the product's we are selling. Often really positive things which just makes everyone feel good, including the potential customers and also the shop owner and team behind the products :) Judge me is a great app, we are on the free plan for now, but once we start generating more profit I would love to see what the paid versions can do. Thanks to the team who were also really helpful with any queries I had when everything suddenly disappeared after switching website themes. A very simple fix, just needed to reactivate things again my end and back to all the reviews being displayed well again. Five stars.

I am amazed at how great their customer service is. Brian sorted out my issue right away and gave me valuable information too as well as fixing the issue for me in a matter of minutes. I am really happy that I have upgraded to the Awesome plan. They deserve my custom and I see Judge Me as a valuable asset to my brand. Customer service is not just excellent but the functionality options of the upgrade to the awesome plan, that is easily affordable, well - perfect for my store. I also know that if I have any issues in the future, that staff members like Brian are on hand 24/7 (its 6am here in the UK atm) and that they will sort out my issues. Thanks again Brian. I am excited for the new functions and design elements they are testing in the Beta at the moment and hope they will be rolled out (with more font customisations) across all widgets. I will be keeping my eye out. 5 stars all round.

Judge.me was very quick to respond to my question, and persisted in asking me questions, working behind the scenes, and correcting the situation - really great customer service! Why I gave only 4 stars: their response was that their widget was taking longer to update and I would just have to wait for it to update - it had already been over a month :(

We have been using the App (paid plan) for months now. Functionality and front end are okay, but the backend literally is unusable due to constant pop ups and spam. Sad to say, but we'll consider moving on.

I had some issues with the installation of the Review Widget, this was fixed quickly and correctly. Good & helpful support.

I genuinely appreciate this app. It's the best value for the money, and support is responsive. The strategic decision for us was do we want an all-in-one app like Okendo or YOTPO, or do we want to go with best-of-breed apps that focus on one thing. We went with the latter and JudgeMe does its job well. PRO TIP: when you first sign up, dedicate a day to really set up all the app has to offer — home page widgets, product page widgets, email flows, coupon rewards, and all the integrations with Klaviyo, Shop app, FB shop, Insta Shop, Google Shopping, etc.
