Cost effective way to collect reviews, a bit clunky in places and limited but the cost reflects that.

I am currently in the process of switching to Shopify partly because Judge.me stopped servicing other providers - that's how much I enjoy this app! lol It's reasonably priced and customer service/support has always been helpful. I had upgraded to the new widget and am using GemPages to build out my site - the Judge.me widget didn't look so great, so I reached out to support and Fin helped me revert back to the Judge.me legacy version to fix the issue. Sadly, the new widget isn't yet compatible with page builders - such a bummer! But I'll keep my fingers crossed ;) The legacy version still works great, so I'll be happy with that right now! Thanks to Fin for helping me identify the issue and getting me back on track!

I've been using this app for awhile for two different companies and really like it, it has a level of automation that makes things a lot easier with the automatic reviews and has a few extra ways to upsell that are included in the app which I appreciate. I think you get a lot for the price and I haven't found too many things that I dislike about it. I will continue to use this and recommend it to people.

Superb app. I wish i had used it sooner!! Only issue I have is the logo on the email - it won't allow me to use my company logo, instead it just used the first letter!
