If I could give 20 stars, I would! I had quite a few issues (not Judge.me fault) that I needed help with, and the customer service rep Abraão assisted with all of them. Abraão was VERY patient with me as I was new to this app. Went out of his way and out of the box with resolutions, ideas, and guidance. Out of all my years in business, I can honestly say he knocked it out of the park and is an example of what customers should expect. He is a superstar! I also had Abderrahman help with some loose ends, and he too was amazing! I was transitioning from another app that didn't give me the time of day, so this wonderfully positive experience confirms that I made the right decision in choosing Judge.me. Abraão was amazing. I had some issues with code interfering with the widget and Abraão worked to help clean everything up, make it look exactly as I wanted, and it's working beautifully now. I am so thankful for his help otherwise I would have had a really messed up shop!! He really took the time to get it right - I wish all apps had this great of customer service.

Purtroppo nonostante l'app sia a pagamento ha due diffetti importanti: 1) Molti clienti che ricevono l'email e poi recensiscono inseriscono 1 stella al posto di 5 stelle perchè per qualche strano motivo Judme ha strutturato la valutazione al contrario! 2) Il commento nelle recensioni si bugga, infatti alcuni anzichè scrivere la rencesione applicano in automatico il nome del prodotto. Sono anni che segnalo questo all'azienda ma non hanno mai risolto nulla

We use Judge.me in a number or ways. CS tickets, collecting product reviews & displaying them on our website, etc. The few times I have had to reach out to support they have been able to help right away.
