TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Does not work with TikTok Shop properly and they will charge you and then not refund you after 'waiting'for it 'sync' properly. SCAM TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had to FILE A DISPUTE with my bank to try and get my money back

Very little customization in the free version.

I’ve been using this app for a year, but I can no longer recommend it. I’ll be looking for an alternative. They’ve started changing policies without notifying users. For example, they now allow customers to leave low ratings and still receive coupons and awards. There should be a way to prevent rewards from going to negative or unfair reviews. At first, they acted like this feature had never changed, but later admitted it had. I’m done dealing with this kind of inconsistency.

What has happened? I used to be able to speak to a human if I had an issue and it would be solved easily. I've been going around in circles now with an AI chatbot for 40 minutes and no way to speak to an actual human. I'm a paying customer and to be honest, I'm over this and going to move to a new review app. It's honestly ridiculous. Judge.me used to be great, until they moved to a chatbot system.

If I hadn't chosen Judge.me initially and accumulated over 2,000 reviews with it, I would have uninstalled it without a second thought. The $15/month plan is a complete waste of money. I have products that don't require review requests, but they're not working. I've had this bug for 10 days and they still haven't fixed it. I'm so disappointed in them.

really bad customer service. couldn't answer my questions and not thoroughly reviewed after a ticket was made. wrong troubleshooting too. and takes a long time to get back to customers. really gone downhill and not trained.

Multiple times asked about the question searches in the backend section for to 2years but have not received any solutions.
