I needed help with the installation (I didn't realize I was supposed to SAVE after checking to see if Judge.me was embedded in my theme), and the issue was resolved immediately! I think I was "talking" to AI at first (which I don't mind at all), but then a live person, Felix, picked up the session and was very personable, friendly, and of course helpful! Oh, and with little to no time waiting in between responses.

Felix was super helpful, quick and informative - guided me through all my questions and set up of the email template. Highly recommend :)

I just started my shopify shop and was looking for a review app and came across Judge.me which was actually recommended to me by the built in AI of shopify. I installed it but didnt know how to set it up. Even at some point clicked the wrong button to deleted all my reviews.
