Different Shopify themes have varying levels of compatibility. We encountered quite a few issues while adding the star rating feature. I first consulted the AI at Judge.me Reviews, and then a real person reached out to address my concerns and assist with the solution—they were incredibly patient!

Switched to this app from a previous review app that was sub par at best, and after 1 month I am amazed at how much better this one is! Customer service is responsive and helpful, and the app has been running well except for a few hiccups, all of which were resolved with quick contact with customer service. I'm excited to see what this app does in the long run. Definitely glad we went with them!

I love this app. It works perfectly, and if it ever doesn't you can contact customer service. When I first signed up, the reviews were pretty basic -- but it was exactlu what I needed for social proof on my site. But now, they're rolling out so many updates, bells, and whistles that I can't even keep up with them. Stop looking - you don't need anything else to collect reviews.
