First of all, the free function of this app has met the review needs of my website, it is very easy to use. Secondly, the customer service is great, the reply message is very fast, and it is very convenient to send pictures when communicating with the customer service. I strongly recommend it!!! All of my friends are using this software, but I’m a beginner and found it really difficult to set up. I could barely figure it out on my own. Great alternative too L0*x This app is way more cheaper. However if you have multiple store it will need some patience since there are some issues with the export and import of reviews as it require you to match the order ID and other images doesn't match even if it's correct in the file. But overall, their support team are wonderful and will be there to help you out! Kudos.

I've used Judge.me on multiple storefronts now, and it's always been my go to. Affordable and with great support! My one gripe, which is minor, is that it doesn't play fully nicely with Shopify Bundles in that it's reviews send out for the individual components, but there are workarounds for it and I trust that they'll get it sorted soon on the backend!

I have just started using Judge.me to collect reviews in my site. It looks like a great App with a free version and easy to install and configure. The support is simply GREAT, just been on the chat with Ron and he has been very very helpfull. Anyone looking to have an App to collect reviews on your site I RECOMMEND give Judge.me a try,you'l not be disapointed.
