I am new to this app. I had chat with judge.me team and they immediately responded and explained all functions of the app. I am yet to receive the reviews from our customer. I am happy for using such app.

Just finished installing the app and everything looked great. Had to upgrade from the Free to the Awesome plan ($15 USD pm) as we need to do additional editing on the email templates only to find out after upgrading that you cannot edit the font size. Seems like a very basic capability has been overlooked. Disappointed as it really did look like it had everything else we needed.

I subscribed to Judge.me and immediately canceled the subscription, as I always do to prevent automatic renewals. However, all features were instantly deactivated. When I contacted customer support, they asked me to purchase another package, which would have charged me an additional $15. This feels misleading and unfair. Be cautious before subscribing.
