staff very helpful and efficient but it ended up their limitations on automating reviews properly with our store just doesnt work and requires many manual steps, it just ended up not being compatible in the end and worth it.

Uso duas lojas dentro do mesmo admin Shopify e instalei a Judge.me separadamente em cada uma. Apesar de configurar cada loja com definições próprias, a app sincroniza tudo após novo login e aplica as mesmas configurações às duas lojas. Já contactei o suporte e a solução sugerida foi usar cada loja em browsers diferentes, o que não é viável. Na prática, a app não funciona corretamente em ambientes multiloja, já que não isola as definições por loja. Era essencial que cada loja mantivesse as suas configurações independentes, sem serem sobrescritas. É pena que assim seja já que se trata de uma boa app e com uma interessante relação preço/qualidade.
