We had some initial teething issues, which the Support team were very responsive in helping us sort out , but the app is working well now. This is the first review app we've used, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it ticks most of the boxes. The one additional piece of functionality which would be useful is the ability to manually change the review request send date for individual review requests.

I love that we have the option to group reviews for product updates and to manually review cause sometimes customers leak private information

All I did was install it and it's working great! The only way it could be better is if there was link I could copy and paste to personally invite people to leave review. (After I've had a great customer support interaction with them).

First time using Judge.me. Honestly very good and helpfull app. When I start I had some troubles using it because it did not shows the revies when I try to add them in EComposer. And I write to support to help me. Immediately Binh responded and help with that. It was very fast and helpfull respond. I'm gratefull because It would take me a lot time till i figure it out.
