All I did was install it and it's working great! The only way it could be better is if there was link I could copy and paste to personally invite people to leave review. (After I've had a great customer support interaction with them).

First time using Judge.me. Honestly very good and helpfull app. When I start I had some troubles using it because it did not shows the revies when I try to add them in EComposer. And I write to support to help me. Immediately Binh responded and help with that. It was very fast and helpfull respond. I'm gratefull because It would take me a lot time till i figure it out. Thank you again to Binh for a professional and fast responding to my problem. Really recommend this app.

Judge.me is simply the best. I recently removed Loox review app from my store I was being charged average $180 monthly for exact same value I get from Judge.me for $15 monthly yet inspite of the affordable price, judge.me's customer service, value, and review widget set-up is as good as any review app on shopify. I encourage you to try the app. There's nothing elsewhere you won't find here and for less.

Just finished installing the app and everything looked great. Had to upgrade from the Free to the Awesome plan ($15 USD pm) as we need to do additional editing on the email templates only to find out after upgrading that you cannot edit the font size. Seems like a very basic capability has been overlooked. Disappointed as it really did look like it had everything else we needed.
