Excellent reviews app with a free option and paid tiers with additional services. I've just started using the free tier as I've recently started my business and am satisfied with the Review Widget (easy to install and display in my store) and the Automated Review Requests, which are linked to my orders and sent automatically – exactly what I needed! Once my business grows I'll definitely be considered the paid tiers to access more flexibility and tools to harvest and display reviews. Thank you to Mohamed and Soulaimane for their great customer service, too!

Judge me is a good tool, the AI customer support is not ideal. The live customer support is both helpful and responsive though. The flow takes a bit of time to monitor and work through but would recommend.

Live support is great! So few Saas offer any live support at all. Live and Competent, a rare combo!!! Judge.me has both.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Does not work with TikTok Shop properly and they will charge you and then not refund you after 'waiting'for it 'sync' properly. SCAM TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had to FILE A DISPUTE with my bank to try and get my money back

Brilliant app and crucial to have reviews to help build trust. Easy to set up as there is a interactive tutorial work-though that guides you through the steps. I had a few minor hiccups and customer support was top notch! If you're thinking on getting a review app, I'd strongly recommend Judge.me! So many features on the free plan too, its worth a trying at least! Well happy!

Ich kann diese Judge.me App nur empfehlen. Nach der Installation konnte ich sogar mit CSS-Formatierungen die Widgets meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend anpassen. Auch den Support kann ich nur empfehlen, denn mein Anfragen wurden kompetent beantwortet und mir zusätzlicher Support beim Auftreten von technischen Probleme angeboten.

I've been using Judge.me for a while now, and it's easily one of the best apps on our store. But what truly sets them apart is the customer support. It is, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced from a Shopify app. They are always on, always helpful, and unbelievably quick. I've had a couple of small tweaks I needed help with, and the team was on it immediately. A special thank you to Abder Rahman and Gabriela, who were both so patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. My site had some quirks that were preventing certain widgets from displaying correctly or at all. Shout-out to Felix for getting onto my issue within 24 hours of lodging the query. They sent me video updates of the work they completed and checked with me to ensure everything was working as expected. I see why this app has a 5-star rating. Keep up the great work, team!!
