You just can't ask for better, app is outstanding and better than the rest. So many options and choices to make everything how you want. The team and customer service is second to none! Nothing is too much trouble, so easy to communicate with them and they don't waste no time in getting things sorted. Theres a season they are so well rated and reviewed.

I have been trying out your product to see if I wanted to buy a premium paid version. I just hand wrote 40 emails to existing customers asking for reviews. I used the link invitation that goes to my own website as it's higher trust for my customers. A few of them have just reported the link doesn't work. I've tried it and it doesn't consistently for me either. I have lost the chance of good reviews and look incompetent in front of my customers. I'd like you to fix this or I'll go to another app. Your own internal submit review button doesn't work. Absurd!!!

Free plan is chock full of features, everything necessary, of course with the option for additional customization and features with the paid plan(s). Very upbeat and helpful support, thorough with finding what my problem was and giving me several solutions to solve it. Thanks Ron!

Zuverlässige Reviews-App, schneller und kompetenter Support. Ich nutze die App für Produktbewertungen schon länger. Bis jetzt gab es noch keine Probleme. Leider lassen sich Trusted Shops-Bewertungen nur via CSV importieren, und dann auch nur Text-Bewertungen (keine reinen Sterne-Bewertungen). Diese sind dann auch nicht "verified". - Anderenfalls wäre ich gern komplett auf Jugde.me umgestiegen.
