Judge.me has been a great find. I really appreciate how customisable it is, even on the free plan, it doesn’t feel stripped down or restrictive. The features are comprehensive, easy to use, and cover everything needed to collect and display reviews properly. I’ve tried a few review apps, and so far this is the best balance of functionality, flexibility, and value I’ve found.

I am currently in the process of switching to Shopify partly because Judge.me stopped servicing other providers - that's how much I enjoy this app! lol It's reasonably priced and customer service/support has always been helpful. I had upgraded to the new widget and am using GemPages to build out my site - the Judge.me widget didn't look so great, so I reached out to support and Fin helped me revert back to the Judge.me legacy version to fix the issue. Sadly, the new widget isn't yet compatible with page builders - such a bummer! But I'll keep my fingers crossed ;) The legacy version still works great, so I'll be happy with that right now! Thanks to Fin for helping me identify the issue and getting me back on track!
